Public Housing Authority
WHAT IS PUBLIC HOUSING?
Public housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low- and moderate-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Public housing comes in scattered duplexes, a total of 57 units. The units are owned and operated by the Fernandina Beach Housing Authority. Rent is based on the family’s anticipated annual adjusted income.
